Since 1989, Universum has grown from a family-founded construction company into a professionally structured delivery partner for complex commercial environments across Europe.

Universum was founded by Lidia and Marek Żurowski, whose practical construction knowledge, commitment and responsibility shaped the company from the beginning.
From 2014, Piotr Żurowski and Katarzyna Postolko-Żurowska became actively involved in developing the business further — helping introduce Universum to the UK market and later transferring that experience and perspective back into the domestic business.
Today, this continuity gives Universum something increasingly rare: a company culture rooted in ownership, responsibility and long-term commitment, while evolving with new markets, new capabilities and a new generation of leadership.
